Davis Path  Hike up the beautiful Zealand Valley to the waterfalls and the cozy AMC Hut.Flume Gorge

  Climb Mount Willard for a spectacular view of Crawford Notch

  Trek the Crawford Path or Sugarloaf Mountain for stunning views of Mt. Washington.

  Hike to Lonesome Lake overlooking Franconia Notch.

  Visit spectacular Flume Gorge that was carved out of solid rock by water over thousands of years.

  Discover Arethusa Falls (the state's highest) and lovely Bridal Veil Falls.

  Visit Robert Frost's home in Franconia where he wrote many of his most famous poems.  

  These are just a few of the highlights you will experience in this stunning area of high peaks, the rooftop of New England.

  There are sweeping mountain views everywhere and warm hospitality at the inns we stay, including the best breakfasts in the White Mountains. We stay at the comfortable Riverwood Inn in Jackson and at the cozy and convivial Hilltop Inn in quaint Sugar Hill. You will feel like you've been transported back in time, to a slower pace.
